Due to customs clearance we may face some delays.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of any shipping delays, but before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse in England. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons.
At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses.
Orders ship from our warehouse on business days (excluding national holidays); a signature is required for a successful delivery.
